Gingerbread

Well... Elijah told her teacher that we would make gingerbread men for her class... WHAT? How do you suppose that is going to happen?... me of course! We finally found a gingerbread man cookie cutter in SF. I only had enough of the right ingredients for one batch...and there was NO way I was going to get "19" men out of that one batch... so I made another suggestion. Lets make gingerbread snowflakes instead and make sugar cookie men instead. Trust me... more kids would appreciate sugar cookies instead of crunchy gingerbread. This way they can taste gingerbread and not throw a huge cookie away.... Elijah helped cut the cookies and I baked and decorated them. They are all ready for her party tomorrow...
