Here is a delayed update on the computer, yes it's back.
That was a HUGE waste of my time and trips to SF to get it fixed. I had a list of things that I needed fixed. They only changed my broken cd drive and did a spyware scan/removal. That's it. Got it home and all those details that I asked them to fix ("No problem") are still there. Still issues!
I asked them for more memory and a back up disk... nope... nothing. The guy was even charging me for it, so I know that they got the message!
I could have had my computer scanned here in town and probably had it back sooner! What crap! Awefull service! Never going back!
